Does it work with Odoo Community?
Yes. XproERP works with Odoo Community and Odoo Enterprise, hosted anywhere you can reach from the phone.
How is a license activated?
We register the license to your administrator's email or to your company's email domain. In the app, that person verifies the email once and the license binds to your database. Other users just sign in with their Odoo login.
What counts as a user?
A distinct Odoo login that used the app in the last 30 days. Shared devices with one login count once.
Can we use it on a test database too?
Yes. Each license includes a number of databases; ask for one more if you want staging covered.
How do we pay?
We send an invoice for the chosen period. Online card payment is coming; tell us in the form if you need it.
What happens when a subscription ends?
The app keeps working until the end date, then asks for a renewed license. Your data stays in your Odoo; nothing is lost.
