Terms of service

The service

XproERP is a mobile app, developed by XSquare, that connects to an Odoo server operated by your organization. It shows and changes data on that server with your own Odoo login and your Odoo access rights.

Licenses and the free trial

• Use of the app needs an active license for your organization's Odoo database: a free trial or a paid subscription.
• An Odoo administrator can start one free trial of 7 days per database and per company. Trials cannot be repeated with a new database, server or email.
• A subscription covers the plan, the number of users and the databases agreed with XSquare. A user is a distinct Odoo login that used the app in the last 30 days.
• Licenses are activated in the app with a verified email of your organization. They may not be shared with other organizations.

Payment

Subscriptions are sold by XSquare outside the app and paid by invoice for the chosen period. Prices are those agreed in your order. When a subscription is not renewed, the app stops opening data after the end date; your data on your Odoo server is not affected.

Your responsibilities

• Your organization runs its Odoo server and is responsible for its data, users, access rights, security and backups.
• Do not try to bypass the license checks, copy, modify or reverse engineer the app, or use it to break the law.
• Keep your Odoo login and devices secure.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the app and the license service running and correct, and we improve them over time. Features may change between versions. The app is provided as it is, without warranty beyond what the law requires.

Liability

As far as the law allows, XSquare is not liable for indirect or consequential damage or for loss of data, profit or business, and its total liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription in the last 12 months.

Ending

You can stop using the app at any time. We may suspend a license that is used against these terms.
